Hello, my dear 5th form students!
I hope you are well and ready for new adventures. Today we are going to learn about people and countries. Here are some tasks you have to do during the English lesson:
Task 1
Access the link, click on the plus sign, type your answer for each questions and post it on the wallpaper:
Task 2
Watch the video lesson. Learn the countries, their nationalities and languages.
Task 3
Complete the sentences from the picture with people’s nationalities. Write them in your exercise book.
Task 4
Listen, repeat, learn the new words and match them to the picture. Task 5 Read and translate the text. You can also use https://translate.google.com/ to translate the words or practice their pronunciation. On this map you can see ten different countries. Some, like Moldova, are small. Others, such as Russia, are large. There are very high mountains in Europe, but most of the land is flat. The flat land is very good for farming. The Moldovans have the richest land for farming. People grow grapes in Spain, France, Italy and Moldova. They use grapes to make wine. The French people make more than 300 different kinds of cheese. The Russians have rich supplies of coal, oil, and gas under the ground. Germany, France and Britain have big factories that make cars and computers. Many people go to Romania, Italy and Greece for vacations.
